XCEL Bronze/Silver Team Coach
Alpha Gymnastics
Alpha Gymnastics offers developmental gymnastics and competitive team programs for boys and girls aged 12 months to 18 years. We are proud to be ranked among the top clubs for competitive gymnasts in the Pacific Northwest. With a long history of producing champions in both USA Gymnastics Men’s and Women’s Junior Olympic (J.O.) and XCEL programs, we also offer trampoline, tumbling, parkour, and adult gymnastics.
Established in 1992, Alpha Gymnastics strives to educate and inspire our students and athletes, developing their potential to achieve their dreams. Led by Colleen Long, Alpha has operated in its Woodinville location since 2009. Our philosophy emphasizes valuing individuals to build strong self-esteem, character, and integrity. We aim for all students to develop these attributes while enjoying the sport of gymnastics and its associated activities.
About This Position
Our XCEL coaches teach girls the fundamentals of gymnastics, including advanced shapes, strength, and flexibility. Students, aged 5–18, learn good form, body awareness, and improved fitness through conditioning. Coaches will teach classes that match their skillset, breaking down techniques and spotting students as needed.
The XCEL team currently includes Bronze, Silver, and Gold divisions, offering competitive experiences for girls who may not be ready or willing to commit to the time demands of J.O. gymnastics.
