Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Coaches – DP and Xcel Teams

Full-time & Part-time Positions Available

Alpha Gymnastics is seeking enthusiastic coaches who are passionate about developing young athletes. Positions are available in our Compulsory and Xcel (Bronze/Silver/Gold) programs. While our program focuses primarily on event-specific coaching, knowledge of all events is a plus.

We are currently looking for:

• DP Coaches for Beam and Floor (Levels 2–5)
• Xcel Coaches for Bronze through Gold levels

We are seeking individuals who are team players, eager to grow alongside an experienced coaching staff. Our coaches have international coaching experience, maintain high standards, and value positivity, responsibility, and mutual respect — toward each other, our athletes, parents, and the broader gymnastics community. We foster a culturally diverse and inclusive environment run with integrity.

Start Date: May 1st

Qualifications:

• Experience coaching within a team environment
• Ability to break down skills effectively
• Strong knowledge of gymnastics (Levels 2–8), with spotting ability
• Experience with Xcel Bronze through Gold
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
• USAG Safety Certified, SafeSport trained, and background checked
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• TOPs experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Coaching and lesson planning
• Attending staff and team meetings
• Coaching at all competitions (weekends required)
• Communicating with athletes and parents

Compensation:

• $25.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience
• Health, vision, and dental benefits available for staff working 30+ hours/week
