Experience: I graduated from the Siberian State University of Physical Culture in 1977 with a degree in gymnastics coaching. My passion for exploring innovative methods to enhance gymnastics training led me to pursue graduate studies in Moscow, where I completed my PhD thesis in 1983. Twenty years later, I earned my doctoral degree in sports and recreational physical education.
Throughout my career, I have worked with gymnasts aged 8 to 20, including several years with the junior national team of the Soviet Union, where I had the privilege of coaching future Olympic champions Svetlana Boginskaya and Elena Shushunova. I have also published 160 scientific articles on sports and recreational physical culture. I find great joy in working with individuals of all ages who seek to improve their lives through gymnastics.
Favorite Activity: I enjoy meeting interesting people, going on hikes, and swimming in cold water, whether in summer or winter.
Favorite Skill or Event: I take pleasure in observing nature and watching various sports competitions.
