Alpha Gymnastics
Alpha Gymnastics is a gymnastics school that teaches students of all levels from 12 months to adults. Other programs include tramp and tumbling, ninja, parkour, and competitive teams for Men’s and Women’s.

Alpha Gymnastics has been a school since 1995 and over the years the name has changed with different ownership. Alpha has resided in the current location since 2009.

We believe in teaching our students with the latest techniques and caring for the needs of the individuals we serve. This includes the very best service and information by those at our front desk who are the backbone to our programs

ABOUT THIS POSITION
Our office staff are the first person that people see when they come through the door.  Office personnel greet customers, help them with concerns, answer the phone, and also are the administrative staff to assist program directors and coaches.

The ideal office staff loves meeting people and can listen and be patient.  They are good listeners and can communicate verbally and with written word in texts and comfortable using a computer.  Must be willing to help and empathize with customers who have problems and are solutions oriented.

GOALS AND EXPECTATIONS

  • Easily communicates in person and on the phone.
  • Excited to talk and meet and greet people.
  • Is comfortable navigating with a computer.
  • Willing to listen and be patient with customers who have problems and work with them to find solutions.
  • Always looking for things to do and willing to help.
  • Helps promote the gym, classes, and events.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Preparation

  • Arriving on time and having the office and workstation prepared for the day.
  • Answering the phone and all messages.
  • Enrolling students in class.
  • Answering questions.
  • Administration helps to coaches in the gym.
  • Keeping the office and mezzanine area clean and organized.

2. Additional Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone, emails, text messages, and phone messages.
  • Scheduling make ups and event sign-ups.
  • Administration of events and birthday parties.
  • Attend staff and office meetings.
  • Becoming knowledgeable of operating system (Jack Rabbit) and understanding how to navigate and operate.
  • Administration duties for coaches.
  • Making flyers and assist with updating informational handouts.

SCHEDULE

  • Preschool classes are taught in the mornings Tuesday-Friday, in the late afternoon and early evenings Monday-Friday, and Saturday mornings.
  • Other hours are available through events such as Birthday Parties, Parent’s Night Out, Private Lessons, and camps.
