Experience:
Starting with 4 years of experience interning at a parkour gym, then eventually growing to become a coach with 4 years of current experience. Along with this, I have been training in the art of parkour or free-running since 2013, which puts me with just over a decade of training in the art of motion, both in gyms and out in the wild.

Favorite Skill or Event:
Sticking to the roots of free-running, my favorite skill to train is vaulting. Being able to smoothly and efficiently transfer your body through space is a fascinating ability to learn. My favorite vault in particular would be a kong-frontflip!

Advice for Students:
It's important to remember that the progression you display during class, even if it seems small or obsolete, demonstrates vast learning. It's imperative to enjoy the process, as everything will come with enough practice.
