Experience:
My journey with movement started through swimming and distance running. Eventually, I got bored with long, featureless runs and began to incorporate Freerunning elements into my day-to-day training, which blossomed into a more official Parkour practice around the age of 16. Later on, I began training in gymnastics more consistently and seriously, and found unexpected joy in coaching. As I near the end of my first year as a coach, I'm so excited to be moving into the competitive realm with our men's Xcel team!
