Jackie Graddon

Experience:
I am a lifelong gymnast and dedicated coach, and my passion for movement began at an early age. I started coaching at 15 and went on to found my own gymnastics studio where I developed curricula, coached all preschool, recreational, and competitive classes, and trained new coaches. I obtained my NSCA personal trainer certification to broaden my coaching knowledge, and I strive to help athletes of all ages develop a love of movement through safe progressions in strength and mobility. I love developing gymnasts at the pre-team level, and have worked with artistic gymnasts through level 10 in the developmental program and with Sapphire in Xcel. I have also coached youth and adults in competitive and recreational cross-country running, dance, circus, and acrobatic gymnastics.

Favorite Activity:
Any activity with my dogs.

Favorite Skill or Event:
Bars have always been my favorite event, and a kip is my favorite skill. I also enjoy choreography and handstands.

Favorite Food:
Red curry. Also apples!

Advice for Students:
Consistency is key. Consistently show up, listen to feedback, try your best, and strive to improve. Consistency is key to getting where you want to be, in gymnastics and in life.
