I began gymnastics training at age 5. I joined the Beijing professional gymnastics team in China at the age of 10, where I received advanced training and honed my competitive abilities. I won my first national championship at the age of 17, marking a significant milestone in my gymnastics career. I retired at the age of twenty-four and transitioned to a professional gymnastics coach. Responsible for guiding and developing young athletes, imparting technical skills, enhancing team performance, and helping athletes achieve their competitive goals.
