Adult Classes 18+

Adult classes at Alpha Gymnastics are Tuesdays 8:00 -9:30 pm and Thursdays from 8:00 -9:30 pm on a drop-in basis.

The Adult class is a semi-structured class that begins with a group warm-up and conditioning.  Then the class will sometimes participate in a group tumbling with the remainder of the class participants choosing what activities and skills to focus on and work on.  The instructor will provide feedback and drills to participants to increase their skills and improve.  The class is designed as a drop-in class and not as a regularly attended class.  Participants may pay a drop-in fee of $35.00  per class or pay $50 for annual registration and get a $120 punch card.
